We went out to do a garage floor crack this week in Waltham, MA because the owner was planning to sell their house. The during the home inspection, the inspector told the prospective buys that if the cracks are left unrepaired, the corners of the cracks will continue to crumble as cars drive over the area repeatedly. In the past, we have seen customers try to use hydraulic cement. This method does not last and the concrete will break down due to weather changes. We went out and cleaned the cracks and repaired the areas with a two part product that welds the concrete together to prevent future damage. After the job was completed, the home inspector stopped by and was very happy with A-1’s work.
