A-1 Foundation Crack Repair - Basement Leak Repairs, Waterproofing - Across MA, NH, RI, & CT

Thank you for your visit of your technician today. He was skilled and considerate. He diagnosed the problem was a leak in the vertical junction of the new addition 12 years ago and the old house. I do not know why it was sealed all these years. The new addition did not seal closely to the new addition. He also drilled some holes in the floor in the horizontal junction between the vertical wall and the horizontal floor. He also filled a hole on the concrete on the outside of the addition near the junction of the new and old wall. We will not have a good test of the seal for some time unless the hurricane Sandy comes ashore. I pray that the fix will hold the water back. Thank you again.” Mr. L, M.D.
