Foundation Repair Do's and Dont's

When it comes to your commercial property and the thousands (or millions) of dollars of plant, property and equipment, nothing is of more important than a fully viable foundation.  By definition, your foundation is the base of your business and without complete structural integrity, the plant begins to fall apart. Foundation repair is no easy task nor should it be. Something that keeps your plan well constructed shouldn’t be an easy thing to remove. Many different environmental factors can damage your foundation which is why foundation repair should not be taken lightly. Although foundation problems are worrisome, they aren't the end of the world. With that said, obtaining commercial foundation repair can be a confusing task so here's a few "don'ts" and "do's" to help you out.

Don't... try to repair your own foundation. Some people find cracks in their basement walls and immediately attempt their own concrete crack injection. Even on the off chance that they do this procedure right, what are the odds that they correctly diagnosed the problem? Sometimes cracks in walls signify a much more serious problem that can't be fixed by a simple injection. As a novice, you can't rely on your own judgment when it comes to foundation repair.

Do... hire an experienced foundation repair contractor. You can't make up for lack of experience. We can correctly diagnose your problem, find the source, and fix it quickly. And our A-1 method has been proven to work, every time.

Don't... wait to get help. Letting foundation problems fester will only allow them to get worse. The problem won't fix itself.
